Refund policy

Matteo Studios (“me”, “I”) offers a 30-day return policy which begins the day you receive your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging (if received damaged see below). Please include a copy of the packing slip or receipt so proper credit can be given.

To start a return please email me at artwork@matteostudios.art. If your return is accepted, I will email you return instructions. If your return is not accepted, I will explain why. Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can correct the issue as soon as possible. Please email me at artwork@matteostudios.art and include photos of defects or damage. Return postage for these issues will be the responsibility of Matteo Studios.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. These items will be clearly marked in the description area of the individual product pages. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds
I will notify you as soon as we’ve received and reviewed your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If a non-approved item is returned, no refund will be issued for the product or for any original shipping charges. Matteo Studios reserves the right to charge for the return postage on non-approved returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
